This uses ESPN’s public league endpoints. Access can change, and some public leagues may not load. Private leagues are not supported; do not share passwords or session cookies.

Yahoo & more

Yahoo offers an official fantasy API, but connecting accounts requires a registered application and OAuth authorization. That connection is not enabled here.

You can still use our guides and upload your own salary and projection CSV to Lineup Lab, regardless of your league platform.

Where do I find my league ID?

For Sleeper, open your league in a browser and copy the numeric league ID from its URL. For ESPN, copy the value after leagueId=, or paste the full fantasy.espn.com league URL into the connection form.

Why is my league missing?

Check the selected season, username spelling, and league ID. Sleeper league IDs can change when a league renews for a new season. ESPN requires a publicly viewable league; if it is private, keep it private and use your host’s own tools.

Does this change my lineup or send trades?

No. These connections retrieve information only. Make roster moves, waiver claims, and trades on your league platform.
