Checkout is disabled. The provisions below describe the intended launch model; no recurring charge is authorized by using the current beta or signing in. A paid plan will not launch until its checkout, cancellation and applicable consumer disclosures are available.
Plans and prices
Planned U.S. website prices are $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year for Frumpy Duck Pro, in USD. The annual plan charges the full annual amount, not a monthly installment. Any applicable taxes and the final recurring total must be disclosed before purchase. App Store prices, currencies and taxes may differ and will be shown in Apple’s purchase sheet. Monthly and annual Pro have the same included feature set.
Renewal and express consent
When available, a selected plan will renew at the billing interval and price expressly accepted at checkout until canceled. We will present the recurring amount, frequency, included features, renewal terms and cancellation method before requesting payment consent. Free beta access has no automatic paid conversion. We will not enroll you in a paid plan merely because you saved a lineup or signed in.
Cancel future renewals
For a website subscription, My Account will provide a Manage subscription control connected to the billing provider. For an Apple subscription, use your Apple account’s subscription settings; uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel before your next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge. Access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for. You retain any additional cancellation rights required by law.
If a cancellation control is unavailable, contact vertexwebstudios@gmail.com from your account email and clearly request cancellation. We will help identify the billing channel and address website billing requests. Apple controls App Store billing. Paid website checkout will remain disabled until its cancellation flow is ready.
Billing errors and refunds
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated or incorrect, contact us promptly with the account email and receipt reference. Do not email a full payment-card number, password or security code. Website refund requests will be reviewed based on the issue, service delivered and applicable law; cancellation by itself does not promise a prorated refund. Nothing here limits a refund, withdrawal or other remedy required by law. App Store refunds are requested through Apple’s refund process and are subject to applicable law and Apple’s rules.
Changes, access and account linking
Material price changes will be disclosed before they affect a renewal, with an opportunity to cancel and any legally required consent. Membership access is associated with your Frumpy Duck account. Use the same linked account across the website and app. Complimentary owner access does not require a purchase. A failed or expired payment may interrupt paid access after any applicable grace period; it does not authorize us to delete your records without regard to the Privacy Notice.
Limits and third-party services
Membership covers the features identified at purchase, not fantasy entry fees, sportsbook deposits, guaranteed winnings, guaranteed data coverage or redistribution rights.
